Wheel levelling device – Base
The three-arm mount a wheel stands on — the fixed reference everything else is trued against.
The base is the part nobody sees and everything depends on. Three arms carry the wheel's weight out to fixed mounting points in the table, keeping load off the centre and the bowl sitting flat. Specify it with the table and the wheel arrives on a mount that was cut for it, not adapted to it.
